Use of the Site

You may use this site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or to related systems, scraping it at a scale that burdens it, introducing malicious code, or using it to send unsolicited communications.

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Content and Accuracy

The content on this site is provided for general information about Packative One. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is not an offer, a specification commitment, or professional advice. Product capabilities, pricing, and availability are confirmed in writing as part of a commercial agreement, not by this website.

This website is an information and enquiry site. It does not accept an order, a payment, a paid trial, a subscription, or any other offer to buy Packative One. A demo request, a contact message, or an ROI report request is not an order and does not create a product contract. A product contract exists only when Provotive and the customer sign or otherwise expressly accept a separate order form and services agreement. If we later add online ordering or payment, the checkout terms, identity disclosures, cancellation rights, refund terms, and transaction records the Electronic Commerce Act requires will apply before any order is placed.

Results shown in tools such as the ROI calculator are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on stated assumptions. They are illustrations, not promises of outcome.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, text, graphics, and trademarks on this site, including the Packative One name and logo, are owned by Provotive Co. LTD or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them except as necessary to view and navigate the site. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent, other than short quotations with attribution.

Forms and Communications

When you submit a form, for example to request a demo, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We will use them as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a contract for the product.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided free of charge for general business information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provotive accepts no liability of any kind arising from or connected with this website or its use, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, and any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Korean law does not permit an exclusion of liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a breach of mandatory data-protection duties, and nothing here attempts one. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Product Agreement

Access to the Packative One platform is provided under a separate order form and services agreement between your company and Provotive Co. LTD. These website terms do not create any right to use the product, and if there is any conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms prospectively for legal, security, or website changes. We will post the revised text and its effective date. A material change is announced prominently before it takes effect. A revision does not reduce an accrued right and does not apply retroactively unless the law requires it or the affected person expressly agrees.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligation connected with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over a dispute connected with this website. This does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in another court where mandatory law gives that consumer an unwaivable right to do so.
